DataMax Acquired By Leading Convenience Retail and Wholesale Petroleum Software Company PDI
Acquisition expands robust software portfolio for customers
Round Rock, TX, April 5, 2017 – DataMax Group, Inc. (DataMax) announced today that it has been acquired by PDI, a leading provider of enterprise-class software solutions to the convenience retail and wholesale petroleum industries.
With established operations and customers with over 30,000 sites in over 50 countries, DataMax provides convenience store back office software and services for retail fuel stores including major oil companies. The company’s scalable software makes it easy for both multi and single store operators to improve control and manage operations more efficiently. It will enable PDI to go down market to serve the needs of all customers from the largest to the smallest across the globe.
